Chris Cunningham
 
Chris Cunningham is a British video artist who was born in Reading in 1970 and grew up in Suffolk. Cunningham has primarily directed music videos for ambient music and electronica accts such as Autchre and Aphex twins. He has also created art installations and directed short movies.
 
Cunningham has had close ties to Warp Records since his first production for Autechre. Videos for Aphex twins "Come to daddy" and "Window licker" are perhaps his best known. His video for Bjork's "All is full of love" won multiple awards, including an MTV music video award for breakthrough video and was nominated for a Grammy for best short film music video. His video for Aphex twins "Window licker" was nominated for the best video award at the Brit awards 2000. He also directed Madonna's "Frozen" video which became an international hit and won the award for best special effects at the 1998 MTV music video awards.


Michael Gondry

Michael Gondry is a French film director, screenwriter and producer. He is known for his inventive style and distinctive manipulation of mise en scene. He has won academy awards for best original screenplay as one off the writers in spotless mind which is ranked one of the best films of its era. He is also well known for his music video collaborations with the chemical brother, Bjork and the white stripes.
